About us
The beginnings of our family business date back to 1992, when we registered a supplementary activity on the farm.First, we started processing our own milk, about 300 l per day – now we process about 2,500 l of milk per day, which is 800,000 liters of milk annually. The milk we process is produced on three local farms, which are no more than 15 km away. The specialty of our production is the fact that our cheeses are made out raw, non-homogenized milk: “Baron” and “Falot” are our national brands.
The varied nature of the Slovene area, the traditional method of cultivation and processing are very close to the natural production.
Due to its rich composition of biological value, excellent digestibility and especially gourmet pleasures in the variety of flavors, cheese is an indispensable food product.
